Futurex Striped, designed by G Meade of PhoenixPhonts and Apostrophic Laboratories, is a free futuristic outline font built from slim, rounded letterforms and broken diagonal strokes with open interiors and broad, softly curved bottoms. The striped edges suggest flickering electronic signals.

Digital graphics give its repeated slashes a natural setting, especially for game interfaces, technology event posters, and album artwork with a retro-computing theme, where the marks can echo animated screen interference. On merchandise and experimental magazine covers, the lettering can become part of a larger circuit-board or scan-line pattern across the whole graphic rather than reading as ordinary type.
