The Spaz Czcionka

The Spaz by Tom Ledin is a free scratchy display font built from tall, uneven letters whose outlines splinter into repeated, nervous pen strokes with shifting widths and irregular gaps. Its rough construction looks restless and handmade rather than cleanly finished.

Music posters are its strongest setting, especially for punk, noise, or experimental acts that suit the tangled marks, sudden angles, and raw hand-drawn attack. It can also give horror event graphics and underground merchandise the look of lettering scratched directly onto distressed artwork. For magazine covers and game graphics, the fractured lines can become part of an anxious, unruly visual world.
