Alexandre by imagex is a free decorative display font with towering, weighty capitals and an uneven hand-cut silhouette. Broad black shapes are interrupted by bands of narrow horizontal stripes, giving the lettering the look of carved shop signs or vintage printer's ornaments.

Posters are its natural home, especially for music events and fairs. For theatrical promotions, packaging, and merchandise, the striped insets can become part of a product identity, recalling engraved labels and old storefront lettering rather than ordinary printed type.
