Elder Futhark Regular Czcionka

Elder Futhark, designed by Evchim, is a free runic display font built from stark monoline strokes. Its tall, angular forms recall carved Norse inscriptions, with diagonals and forked shapes replacing the curves of ordinary Roman lettering. The construction is spare and rigid.

A fantasy game studio or heritage-inspired brand could use it for title screens, merchandise, event posters, and themed packaging. The rune-like forms can become part of a product emblem, giving those settings an early Germanic reference rather than a generic futuristic surface.

The letters X and Q are not part of the original Elder Futhark, so bind runes were added for them to approximate their sounds. The NG and TH runes are typed with the semicolon and comma keys, respectively. The spacebar produces a single dot separating words, the period key produces a double dot resembling a colon and separating sentences, and the slash key produces a triple dot separating paragraphs.
