Light Unciale typeface, designed by Manfred Klein in November 2003, is a free Gothic Celtic display font with narrow, calligraphic forms and curled finishes that keep the lettering in a steady ornamental rhythm. The long strokes arc into small loops and hooked ends, so it feels closer to decorated uncial script than to a rigid gothic face.

Light Unciale fits book covers, fantasy titles, event invitations, and logo marks that need a decorative Celtic accent. Its looping details also suit chapter openers and packaging labels, where the lettering has to carry the visual story on its own.
