Lissain Czcionka

Lissain, created by Typesgal in 2013, is a free old-school serif font with dramatic thick-thin contrast. Broad, dark curves meet very fine joins, giving the lowercase a crisp, theatrical silhouette. Rounded forms keep the dense weight from feeling severe.

A fashion magazine cover is its most convincing setting, especially when the lettering can echo glossy editorial photography. The same poised drama suits fragrance packaging, music posters, and boutique signage, each of which benefits from its mix of softness and sharp detail.
