Ol Cowboy ExtraBold by Kevin Christopher of KC Fonts is a free eroded Western display font with the weight and swagger of old frontier signage. Its broad slab serifs and swollen curves make the capitals feel dense and imposing. Ragged edges give every letter a rough, ink-stamped finish.
It is strongest on rodeo posters, country music merchandise, and barbecue packaging, where the battered surface supports a rustic, hard-used theme. For saloon branding or Western event graphics, the lettering can become the sign itself rather than a neutral caption.
