Outlaw by Billy Argel is a free Western display font with tall slab-serif capitals and a weathered outlined finish. Its narrow letters carry the ornate curves and split detailing of nineteenth-century posters. Chips and scratches break through the dark strokes, giving the face a rough frontier print quality.
A saloon-style event poster is its clearest home, and the same theatrical lettering can suit country music merchandise, packaging, and game graphics. In branding, the distressed border and carved interior details can turn a name into a convincing frontier emblem.
