Pot roaster

Pot Roaster, Chris Brown's free hand-drawn comic display font from 1998, has the look of storybook lettering shaped with a brush and capped with little blob-like knobs. The letters feel loose and playful, with swinging curves, uneven rhythm, and a slightly messy bounce that keeps the style light rather than cute.

It fits poster titles, children's book covers, cafe branding, zine headings, and party invitations where a free font needs to feel informal and characterful without turning slick.
