VTC Komika Hand One, designed by WolfBainx - Larry E. Yerkes, is a free comic display font with chunky, hand-drawn capitals. The uneven strokes swell and taper like lettering drawn quickly with a broad marker. Soft corners and slightly irregular widths keep the shapes lively rather than mechanical.
Illustrated characters and speech bubbles share its loose, inked construction. That makes it useful for comic publishing, children's packaging, and event posters. Comic covers are its strongest setting, since the broad letters can become part of the drawn scene instead of serving as neutral type.
