VTKS REVERSO by Douglas Vitkauskas is a free eroded display font built from broad, forceful capitals. Its broken edges, scraped patches, and dense ink-like marks give the lettering a rough screen-printed texture. Small floral and dotted cutouts appear within the damage, adding an unexpected ornamental streak.
It is especially convincing on music posters, where the battered mass can function almost like a piece of collage. The same abrasive surface suits streetwear merchandise and underground event graphics. Album packaging also benefits from the collision of hard block shapes and scattered decorative fragments, a link shared by all of these uses.
