Zap is a free loose handwritten display font built from thin, elongated strokes and loosely formed letter shapes. The curves are open, uneven, and plainly drawn by hand.

Its wiry construction can move between boutique branding and children's publishing, suggesting quick pen lettering or the stretched shapes of a simple line drawing.
