A Wolf At The Door is a free rough-edged display font by Imagex, built around massive, tightly packed capitals. The letters shift sharply in width, mixing broad shapes with narrow forms. Nicks and uneven contours prevent a mechanically smooth finish.

It can turn a poster title into part of the artwork, with its irregular shapes supplying the same raw impact as a cut-paper graphic. That approach also suits metal album covers and horror event promotions, where polished lettering would feel too restrained.
